Full-Time, Long-Term Are you qualifying this year and looking to secure your first teaching role for September? We are now recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work in primary schools across the Lincoln area for long-term teaching opportunities starting in the new academic year. Whether you are specialising in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, we want to help you find a school where you can confidently begin your teaching career, develop your classroom practice, and feel fully supported from day one. We work closely with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools looking to appoint passionate ECTs who are eager to make a positive impact in the classroom. Many of these opportunities also offer the potential to move into permanent positions.
What The Role Will Involve:
Teaching and inspiring pupils within EYFS, KS1, or KS2 Delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment Developing your teaching practice with ongoing support and guidance

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026 Passion for primary education and pupil development Strong communication and organisational skills A positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude Commitment to growing and developing as a teaching professional
