Hours:
7:00-9:00pm3:00-6:00pm We're hiring for our BeforeAfter School Programs! Looking to gain leadership experience while you're in school? AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment. As an AlphaBEST Group Leader , you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team. We're looking for an early learning professional who: Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In this role, you will: Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff This role is ideal for students studying:
Education Child Development Psychology Social Work Recreation or Youth Development Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain) Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds) Why Join Us?
