General Manager General Administrator Position Summary The GA is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations. If you possess a skill set that includes handling confidential employee and company information, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to meet the diverse requirements of various departments, this role could be the perfect fit for you. General Administrator Responsibilities

• Manage equipment and consumables, ensuring their proper utilization and restocking within museum venue
• Assisting with operational responsibilities within the museum venue.
• Managing documents and folders, maintaining both electronic and physical files
• Ensuring office security, including managing visitor passes and office access for employees.
• Providing support company events and meetings
• Arranging congratulatory/condolence gift for the employees
• Collaborating with HQ and other department to offer support in various tasks.
• Greet internal/external visitors and provide assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new hires have the required resources. Job Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience required
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate and interact professionally with all levels of individuals including senior team members
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Highly motivated and flexible individual who can work independently as well as in a team
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
