Job Summary Join our vibrant art gallery team as a Sales Associate and Manager, where your passion for art and design will inspire visitors and drive sales. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, providing expert guidance on artworks and artists to enhance their experience Drive sales by engaging clients with compelling stories about the pieces and assisting with purchases Manage daily gallery operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining a clean, organized space Coordinate art exhibitions, installations, and events with attention to detail in layout design and presentation software Collaborate with artists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality fabrication and conservation framing of artworks Oversee inventory management using CAD or SketchUp for spatial planning and artwork placement Maintain excellent client communication to build lasting relationships and promote upcoming exhibitions or sales opportunities Skills Knowledge of digital design principles such as color theory, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling Experience with art direction, production design, rigging, fabrication techniques, and conservation framing Familiarity with interior design concepts relevant to gallery space arrangement and exhibition setup Experience in museum or gallery environments is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills combined with a passion for arts marketing and promotion This role is perfect for someone eager to combine artistic talent with technical expertise in a lively gallery setting.
