We believe music teachers should own their business Sonata gives you the tools to build and manage your studio while also helping new students discover you through our marketplace. As we continue growing and investing in marketing, our goal is to connect students looking for lessons with teachers on the platform. Teachers who join early have an advantage. As new students begin using the marketplace, they'll have fewer teachers to choose from, giving early members greater visibility while our community grows. We're building for the long term, and we'd rather grow alongside our first teachers than ask them to catch up later. Whether you're teaching full-time or a few students each week, Sonata is designed to help you spend less time on administration and more time doing what you love. Who We're Looking For We're looking for passionate musicians who enjoy helping others learn.
Ideal candidates include:
Teachers with experience teaching one or more instruments or voice. College students, graduates, working musicians, and experienced educators. Get paid through Stripe and manage your lessons, scheduling, communication, billing, and student information—all from one place. Be Part of Something From the Beginning We're just getting started, and we're building Sonata alongside the teachers who use it.
Our vision is simple:
