- 6th grade at our Cypress facility. Responsibilities
- Teach music theory, tab-reading, and proper guitar technique
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Monitor student progress and plan for improvement every lesson
- Guide students for performance-ready songs for recital performances
- Log lessons completed and provide homework after every lesson
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a guitar teacher or relevant musical background
- Strong knowledge of guitar techniques, music theory, and sight-reading
- Ability to work with students of all ages, including children and adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and understanding in working with students of varying abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage lesson/homework schedules and logs
