We provide personalized, high-quality music instruction for students of all ages and ability levels , fostering musical excellence, creativity, and character within a supportive, values-centered environment. Instructors Needed For Piano Voice Guitar Ukulele Strings (Violin, Viola, Cello) Position Overview Instructors will provide individual and small-group lessons tailored to each student's goals, learning style, and experience level. Teachers are expected to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons while supporting students' musical growth in a faith-affirming setting. Lessons take place on-site at partner churches or in-home throughout Orange County. Scheduling is flexible and coordinated in advance. Responsibilities Teach private and/or semi-private music lessons Adapt instruction for beginners through advanced students Prepare students for performances, recitals, and assessments when applicable Communicate professionally with families and program staff Uphold the mission and values of a faith-based nonprofit music program Qualifications Ability to teach one or more listed instruments Minimum 5 years of teaching experience or progress toward a music degree Music degree preferred (Education or Performance) Certificate of Merit experience a plus Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults Reliable transportation for church-based teaching locations Warm, professional, and student-centered teaching style Alignment with faith-driven educational values Why Join The Music Abode Foundation?
