Join our dynamic and fun team at Song with Sarah Music School, where we specialize in engaging music classes that have gained tremendous popularity in our community. We offer a supportive environment with many opportunities for growth and development in the field of music education.
Position:
Guitar/Ukulele Teacher Days:
Wednesdays, roughly 4pm-8pm (possible option to add more hours/days)

Employee Salary:
$30-33 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Guitar/Ukulele Instructor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong musical skills, a deep understanding of music and willingness to create and improvise with students, and the enthusiasm to collaborate with a dedicated team of teachers.
Responsibilities:
Lead engaging and creative guitar/ukulele lessons Foster a fun and supportive environment where students can explore music while learning how to play guitar/ukulele. Communicate effectively with parents after lessons, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with our team of educators to continually enhance our curriculum and class offerings. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
Strong musical skills with proficiency in ukulele and guitar Excellent understanding of improvisation and learning by ear. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in engaging with parents and children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Singing abilities preferred, but not required Previous experience in music education or music instruction is preferred but not required.
