$20.50/hr. Guitar Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. With more than 300 stores nationwide, Guitar Center empowers creativity by helping customers, students, and employees find their unique sound. Music Teachers play a crucial role in developing lifelong musicians while contributing to an inclusive, positive store culture.

Position Impact:
Store Culture & Excellence:
Partner with the store Lessons Lead to maintain and grow student enrollment Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum Assist customers and help build long-term student relationships Perform additional duties as assigned
Student & Parent Partnership:
Communicate frequently and effectively with students and families Build trusting relationships and support student progress goals, achievements, and feedback with students and parents
Requirements:
Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field Ability to teach the instrument in which you are proficient (Guitar, Drums, Keyboard, etc.) Ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in your instrument Strong communication and customer-service skills
