Preschool campus director Reports to the Preschool Director of Operations and Enrollment

The Preschool Director oversees our vibrant and active preschool program at Strata Learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education, a keen understanding of the needs of both children and parents, and proven leadership skills to manage and motivate our staff. RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management Oversee the daily operations of the preschool program. Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with state and federal regulations. Maintain licensing, health, and safety regulations at all times. Staff Management Lead, direct, and mentor preschool teachers and support staff. Coordinate staff schedules, training, and professional development opportunities. Oversee staff performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Program Development & Implementation Develop and implement an educational program based on best practices in early childhood education. Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve student outcomes and maintain high-quality standards. Ensure curriculum alignment with state early childhood education standards. Enrollment Management & Community Outreach Oversee student enrollment process and maintain a healthy waiting list. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive enrollment. Establish relationships with local organizations and community members to promote the preschool program. Conduct school tours for prospective families. Family & Community Engagement Build strong relationships with parents and families, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings and community events. Collaborate with local organizations to enrich the program and build community partnerships. Administrative Duties Manage preschool budget to ensure efficient operation and allocation of resources. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on students, staff, and activities. Continuous Improvement Stay informed on the latest research and trends in early childhood education. Continuously work towards improving the program, staff performance, and student outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Prior experience in a leadership or administrative role in an early childhood setting. In-depth knowledge of best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational, communication, and operational leadership skills. Experience in enrollment, admissions, customer service, operations, or administrative leadership. Ability to coach, support, and lead teams through collaboration and accountability. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and support multiple campuses simultaneously. Professional communication and strong follow-through. Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in sensitive situations. Experience with systems management, organization, and operational coordination preferred.
