Job Overview The Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and daily operation of Child Care center. The Director provides strong, compassionate leadership to ensure that SonShine maintains a safe, clean, nurturing, Christ-centered, and high-quality environment for children, families, and employees. This position will provide leadership to staff, ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, supports families, and oversee daily operations including staffing, enrollment, budgeting, and program quality. The Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve the center's mission, financial goals, and strategic objectives. Duties

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
