Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early childhood professional who enjoys mentoring teachers, partnering with families, and helping lead a high-quality educational program. Working alongside the Center Director, you'll play a key role in daily operations, staff development, licensing compliance, enrollment support, and creating an environment where children, families, and educators can thrive. Leadership Responsibilities Team Development Recruit, interview, and onboard outstanding early childhood educators Coach, mentor, and support teachers through regular classroom observations and performance feedback Promote consistent implementation of The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P.
