Manage all aspects of budgeting and financial planning to support program sustainability and growth. Oversee compliance with legal standards such as special education law, educational regulations, health and safety protocols, and licensing requirements. Cultivate relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders through excellent communication skills and public speaking engagements. Coordinate fundraising initiatives to support program enhancements and facility improvements. Ensure the center maintains a welcoming atmosphere that reflects best practices in early childhood education and childhood development. Skills Extensive experience in school administrative leadership with a focus on early childhood or K-12 education settings. Proven ability in curriculum development tailored for young children's developmental needs. Strong management skills including supervising staff, managing budgets as an executive education administrator, and facilitating professional development in educational environments. Deep understanding of educational compliance standards, legal requirements such as special education law, and regulatory frameworks governing childcare centers. Excellent strategic planning abilities coupled with experience in fundraising to support program initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in instructional leadership within early childhood or school settings. Effective public speaking skills for engaging with families, staff training sessions, and community outreach efforts. Knowledge of childhood development principles combined with classroom experience working directly with young children.
