Job Description

CENTER DIRECTOR
3Waters Behavioral Health 3Waters Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated Center Director to provide direct daily oversight of our behavioral health operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands that effective leadership means being present, supporting staff, maintaining high expectations, solving problems, and ensuring that our clients receive consistent, compassionate, high-quality care. The Center Director will work closely with executive and clinical leadership and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the center .
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Center Director will be responsible for providing leadership and operational oversight throughout the organization, including: Providing direct daily oversight of center operations Maintaining a visible and consistent leadership presence within the center Supervising and supporting staff in their daily responsibilities Ensuring adequate staffing and appropriate coverage for programs and services Monitoring staff attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and performance Helping establish clear expectations and holding team members accountable Coordinating communication between clinical, medical, case management, peer support, administrative, and leadership teams Ensuring client needs and concerns are addressed promptly Monitoring client attendance, engagement, and adherence to program expectations Assisting with staff scheduling and operational workflow Reviewing daily operational needs and identifying problems before they interfere with client care Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes Supporting compliance with organizational policies, payer requirements, and applicable behavioral health regulations Participating in treatment team and leadership meetings Assisting with onboarding, training, coaching, and development of staff Addressing staff concerns, conflicts, and performance issues professionally Promoting teamwork and a culture of accountability Assisting with quality improvement and preparation for audits and regulatory reviews Monitoring the overall safety, organization, professionalism, and appearance of the center Communicating significant operational, staffing, compliance, or client concerns to executive leadership Helping ensure that services provided are appropriate, documented, and operationally sustainable Performing other leadership responsibilities necessary for the successful daily operation of the center

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, healthcare, social services, or a related field strongly preferred Knowledge of PHP, IOP, outpatient behavioral health, case management, and/or peer support services is beneficial Experience with Medicaid or behavioral health documentation and compliance is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to effectively supervise a multidisciplinary team Basic computer and electronic health record proficiency Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries A behavioral health license or credential is beneficial but not necessarily required for the right candidate with strong operational and leadership experience.

Full-Time Leadership Position Compensation will be based upon experience, qualifications, and the final scope of responsibilities.
