In this role, you will oversee daily child care center operations, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and implement innovative programs that promote educational excellence. Your ability to follow our strategic vision and management expertise will drive the success of our center, creating a safe, engaging, and enriching space for young learners to thrive. Duties Lead the implementation of age-appropriate curricula that support holistic child growth and learning outcomes Manage daily center operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth functioning Supervise teaching staff and support personnel through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives Work with our team on budgeting processes, monitor financial health, and ensure responsible use of resources to sustain center excellence Cultivate relationships with families through open communication, parent meetings, and community engagement activities Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and educational policies at all times Requirements Proven experience in education administration or management within a childcare or early childhood education setting Strong background in classroom experience and working directly with young children Demonstrates leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively Knowledge of budgeting principles and strategic planning processes Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate confidently with staff, families, community partners, and stakeholders Management skills with the ability to oversee operations while maintaining attention to detail in compliance matters A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration or related field; advanced certifications preferred Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms lives!
