Extensive supervisory experience with personnel management in educational environments; including faculty evaluation and professional development facilitation. Knowledge of educational compliance standards, special education law, childhood development principles, and school legal requirements. Experience in strategic planning and fundraising initiatives to support program sustainability and growth. Skilled in public speaking and community engagement to promote the center's mission effectively. Familiarity with managing school operations including personnel supervision, classroom oversight, and regulatory adherence within early childhood education settings.
