A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Our childcare service can be described as an interactive "kid's camp" with arts and crafts, planned activities, themed programs, games, music, and free play. It is a fun and rewarding experience for all! We are seeking Onsite Event Managers in Virginia Beach, VA and surrounding areas . This position requires flexibility to work weekday and evening events, as well as weekend events. Onsite Event Managers need to have open availability to work any events assigned with a 2 week notice.Job Description:
Onsite Event Managers facilitate the children's programming, oversee staff, and communicate with clients and parents to ensure we are providing a safe and fun environment for the children. Onsite Event Managers earn $27hr with expectation to work events assigned within a 2 week notice. The expectations of this position include professionalism, confidence, punctuality, and commitment.Required qualifications include:
Open/ Flexible Schedule- its a MUST High School Diploma Bachelor's Degree Preferred Minimum of 3 years experience working with children 0-17 years old Minimum of 2 years experience in professional management, administration, or like field Physical ability to lift infants and children Physical ability to lead interactive group games and activities Ability to lead and implement a variety of activities while enforcing safety standards and abiding by policies and procedures Ability to physically, visually and audibly respond to urgent circumstances in a prompt and professional manner Clear criminal history CPR/First Aid Certification upon hire Physical ability and willingness to travel Reliable form of transportation Valid driver's license and car Insurance Credit Card for traveling incidentals Ability to store at home all provided event manager supplies Military Base Access ideal but not required Onsite Training•October 30th•Nov 1st Why work with us?
