The Assistant Center Director, Early Learning provides day-to-day supervision and management of a childcare site. They plan and implement a safe and quality childcare program through working directly with employees, participants, and parents. We are looking to hire full-time non-exempt (hourly) staff at our Auburn location. Hiring Range:

$32.00 - $34.00 / hourly

DOE Qualifications:

You are 21 years of age or older and have: Written proof of education, including a current CDA or minimum college credits as required by DEL (e.g., 45 credits in Early Childhood Education). Two years or more of experience working with children kindergarten aged and younger. Experience overseeing, planning, and implementing group activities. Ability to model and demonstrate Y values: Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, Caring, and Passion for Excellence. We require pre-employment TB tests and MMR vaccinations. Knowledge of and previous experience with diverse populations (i.e., language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
