Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations, standardized testing, and formative assessments to inform instruction. Foster strong communication with children, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare and ensure a collaborative approach to education. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining safety standards in daycare or preschool settings. Support children's developmental milestones related to childhood development theories such as Montessori or other pedagogical approaches. Requirements Prior experience working with children in classroom or daycare settings; Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing methods and tutoring when necessary.
