Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant teacher to join our Christ-centered early childcare center. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children and a love for Jesus. This role is FULL TIME and involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Infant Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's individual needs are met. Responsibilities Feedings, changing diapers, and nurturing babies 18 months to two years Foster a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Lifting babies daily. Singing Jesus loves me and other songs to the babies. Engaging in activities that including getting up and down from the floor. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Skills Experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, or similar setting is essential. Must be able to obtain a background check, TB skin test, and CPR certification Must be 18 years and older
