Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and management to all center staff, including supervision, performance evaluation, and professional development facilitation in early childhood education practices. Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that support childhood development milestones and align with educational standards. Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, managing operational expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability through effective fundraising initiatives. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education, health and safety standards, and legal requirements including special education law. Lead strategic planning efforts to enhance program quality, expand community engagement, and improve overall center operations. Facilitate staff training sessions on instructional leadership, classroom management, educational compliance, and personnel management in education settings. Manage school legal knowledge requirements, personnel policies, and ensure adherence to all licensing standards for early childhood programs. Collaborate with faculty evaluation processes to maintain high teaching standards while promoting a positive learning environment for children. Engage with families through effective communication strategies and public speaking engagements to foster community trust and involvement. Skills Extensive experience in curriculum development tailored for early childhood or K-12 education settings. Proven success in fundraising efforts to support program growth and resource acquisition. Strong strategic planning capabilities with a focus on educational excellence and operational efficiency. Understanding of licensing requirements and state programs Expertise in budgeting and managing financial resources as an executive education administrator. Demonstrated leadership in senior management roles within school or childcare environments. Management experience in school administrative settings with a focus on personnel supervision and team leadership. Knowledge of educational compliance regulations including childhood development standards, special education law, and school legal requirements. Skilled in faculty evaluation, instructional leadership in early childhood or K-12 education contexts. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds while promoting inclusive practices aligned with childhood development principles. Excellent public speaking skills combined with classroom experience that supports effective communication with staff, children, and families.
