We are a faith based center located near SanTan Valley in Anthem Florence. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience experience in a licensed childcare facility and will have a nurturing approach to working with young children.

• Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and engaging learning environment for toddler-aged children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
• Provide individualized attention to each child to support their learning and development
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play-based learning activities
• Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive interactions among students
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning

• Experience:

• Previous experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and behavior effectively
• Experience working with infants or toddler-aged children in a licensed facility
