Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Assistant to support early childhood education in a nurturing classroom environment. The ideal candidate will assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum, managing classroom activities, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for young children. Experience with children, early childhood development, and classroom management are essential to ensure the growth and well-being of our students. Duties Support classroom supervision and ensure no child is left unattended Help maintain ratios and group safety, especially during transitions Supervise children during outdoor play and indoor activities Assist children individually while ensuring the rest of the group remains safe and engaged Support lessons, arts & crafts, music, and group activities Help with bathroom routines and hygiene supervision Assist during pick-up and drop-off by escorting children and monitoring the group Support Lead Teachers during parent communication by supervising children Requirements ECE 6 units (or show enrollment) Patient, attentive, and team-oriented

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
