Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional learning. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among preschoolers. Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management strategies to ensure positive interactions and discipline. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor each child's growth and tailor instructional approaches accordingly. Incorporate early intervention techniques for children requiring additional support in areas such as special education or developmental delays. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure adherence to health and safety standards including first aid and CPR certifications. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom experience and childcare skills. Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education best practices, and classroom management techniques. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and other core subjects. Excellent communication skills for effective parent communication and teamwork with colleagues. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing professional development in early childhood education is preferred. Familiarity with special education practices, behavior management strategies, and early intervention methods is highly desirable.
