Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to maintain a positive, supportive culture. Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with regulations. Observe, document, and assess children's development to inform instruction.
