KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Poinsettia center to nurture young children in a safe, engaging classroom. You will plan and lead age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment. Partner with families, observe and document developmental progress, and collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development milestones. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure their physical and emotional safety at all times. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Observe, document, and assess children's development to inform instruction. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special programs. Implement Kinder Care curricula and follow licensing and center policies. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance.
