Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, engaged, dedicated and dependable Teacher for our half-day Preschool / Kinder-TK Program at our mini-ranch in Fallbrook. Come be a part of the Outdoor Classroom movement!!
Wish List:
- Completion of 12+ ECE credits REQUIRED, 3+ years classroom experience with ages 2-5 REQUIRED, BA in ECE preferred.
- Appreciation for nature and experience in outdoor recreation activities required.
- Strong ability to foster and maintain relationships with children, families and co-workers.
- Creative thinker, collaborator and multi-tasking ninja preferable. Social media experience desired, as nature art and craft lessons are posted online.
- Ability to supervise 14 children using positive direction and problem solving.
- Artistic flair, confidence to carry a tune and love of all animals a must.

Hours:
Program meets Mon-Fri 8:30am - 1:00pm. Teacher hours are 8:00am - 2:00pm (4 shifts totaling 24 hrs per week). Afternoon hours (flex schedule) available for assistance in elementary homeschool classes, if desired.Requirements:
Fingerprint and background clearance, Childcare CPR and 1st aid certificate, CA Mandated Reporter certification, negative TB test within last 60 days, Immunization record confirming MMR and Tdap vaccines complete. (- All required prior to start date.
