Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a love of learning, supporting childhood development, and creating an engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working within a collaborative team committed to educational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles to help students reach their full potential. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm M-F Responsibilities Greeting the children and parents,teaching basic skills to all ages, diaper changing, assist the children with lunches and supervising during nap time Qualifications 12 ECE college units, including 3 units in Child Development,3 units in Child, Family & Community, 6 units in curriculum with an additional 3 units in Infant/toddler. Proven classroom experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, colleagues. Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diversity and promotes child welfare. Knowledge of classroom management tools and techniques for maintaining an organized learning space.
