What You'll Do:
As a Preschool Teacher, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and loving environment where children thrive.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the class in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring every child's needs are met. Promoting safety, well-being, and a sense of independence among students. Encouraging positive behavior, offering one-on-one support, and fostering a sense of belonging in every child. Leading small group activities that inspire creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork. Guiding children during playtime, instilling good habits, and creating displays that celebrate their achievements. Staying current with the latest trends in early childhood education through professional development. Bringing your passion and energy to other tasks that help our school shine.
About You:
You're a natural nurturer with a passion for helping young minds grow. You have 12 ECE units and experience working with preschool-aged children. You're CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified). You're organized, calm under pressure, and love building meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You're ready to create a clean, inspiring, and safe learning environment for children. You're physically able to engage in an active classroom, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
