Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum and activities. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's progress. Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with licensing. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide goals and events. Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
