( But is not required ) Bonus point Experience in childcare or a preschool settings is a plus, but not a must

- Provides support in the classroom/outdoor play to ensure a safe and educational environment.
- Assists the classroom in maintaining the hygiene and personal needs of the children.
- Assists with weekly planning and implementation of daily educational activities for
- -children.
- Assist in preparing classroom materials.
- Assist in sanitizing and maintaining a clean environment
- -Makes observations (written and/or verbal notations) of the children.
- Supports the social, emotional, physical, and developmental needs of each child.
- Maintains good communication with parents and co-workers. Abilities & Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
- Must be flexible and able to work well with a diverse group of people Qualifications
- No experience required
- Experience in Head Start, Montessori, or Childcare Center (Preferred, not required ) .
- Minimum of 6 units in Child Development/Early Childhood or related field. ( Required )
- Associate Teacher Permit (Preferred not Required) Requirements
- Full time ( must be available Monday
- Friday ) / open availability
- Part
- time ( must be available at least 3 full days) no half days
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 ECE CHILD DEVELOPMENT UNITS OR RELATED COURSES
