We're looking for an Activities Assistant who can bring joy, mischief, and controlled chaos to our residents' lives. What You'll Do (Besides Be Everyone's Favorite Person) Plan and host activities that range from wildly wholesome to "wait, is this allowed?" Encourage residents to join in — even the ones who claim they "don't do crafts" (they do now). Work with nursing staff to make sure no one escapes during karaoke. Keep calendars, supplies, and spirits organized — ideally in that order. Create moments of joy that make families cry (the good kind).
