Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our LEGO Creative Child Care Center in the Educational Services industry. In this role, you will design and lead playful, hands-on learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills in young children. You will use LEGO and other engaging materials to support social, emotional, and cognitive development, while maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom. Teachers partner closely with families, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in ongoing professional development, all within KinderCare's nurturing, growth-focused culture. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons using LEGO and other materials. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and adjust activities to individual needs. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and development. Collaborate with coworkers to design and improve classroom experiences and center programs. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. Support children's social-emotional growth and positive behavior. Participate in professional development and training offered by Kinder Care.
