Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00

Your Impact:
Precision is Your Superpower. As a Second Shift CNC Machinist, you won't just hit 'start.' You'll be setting the standard for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup Specialist:
Execute complex machine setups on CNC Mills and/or Lathes (e.g., 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines) using Fanuc or Okuma controls.
Quality Champion:
Read and interpret sophisticated blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications to ensure parts meet tight aerospace/medical/industrial tolerances.
First-Article Inspection:
Utilize precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) to perform thorough first-piece and in-process inspections of complex tight tolerance parts.
Troubleshooter:
Proactively identify and resolve machine malfunctions, tooling issues, and process deviations to maintain smooth workflow.
Maintenance:
Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep our high-end machinery running flawlessly. What You Bring to the
Bench:
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of professional Aerospace CNC machining, setup, and operation experience.
Technical Aptitude:
Proven proficiency in reading blueprints and applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
Tooling Mastery:
Expertise in selecting, setting, and adjusting tools for various materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, exotic alloys).

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high degree of accountability and quality focus. Commitment to
