Leadership Martial Arts is looking for a
ROCKSTAR
to assist in our Afterschool Martial arts Enrichment Program.
INTERVIEWS THIS WEEK!
Dynamic, Charismatic, Passionate, fitness oriented, professional wanted for highly successful Southington Martial Arts gym. Martial arts, Gymnastics or Dance coaching, teaching experience a plus! More important is the candidates people skills and passion for working with children. Part Time Positions to begin ASAP. Afternoon, evening, & weekend hours available.

REQUIRED
hours are Monday
  • Friday 2:30pm-6pm With opportunity for more hours Friday and Saturdays.
Qualifications :
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Experience working with school age students.
  • Must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children, possess high energy, and be willing to fulfill all responsibilities
Responsibilities :
. Supervises aftercare children. . Run and participate in fun games and activities . Maintains a professional attitude and loyalty to the studio at all times. . Treats all children with dignity and respect. . Attends all staff meetings and recommended training programs and conferences. . Helps to maintain a neat and organized area. . Supervises all activities to ensure safety at all times. . Reports the Director any problem which may occur with the children. . Performs additional program duties as assigned by the Director. . Participates in dismissal procedures at the end of the enrichment program, ensuring that each child leaves with the appropriate adult. . Greets parents and children with enthusiasm and smiles. . Works with other staff members to form a positive, supportive team atmosphere.
