Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddler children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment
• Strong organizational skills to plan lessons and manage classroom activities
• Creativity in engaging activities that promote learning through play

Note:

Prior experience in a daycare setting is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about child welfare and have a genuine interest in helping young children thrive.
