Job Description
This is a part or full time Early Childhood Floating Teacher position that includes responsibility for the safety, care, and education of various classrooms ranging in ages 3 mos to 12 years. Implementing and executing a prescribed curriculum within a structured daily routine. Manage a classroom through multiple transitions while taking advantage of teachable moments, conversing with parents, utilizing knowledge of Child Development, NAEYC Standards, Nutrition, CPR/FA, and CDC standards to fulfill work requirements during Lead Teacher absences. Paid Training provided. Part time hours are Wed., Thu. and Mon or Fri; 7 am - 5 pm. Full Time hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Applicant must have minimum two years group experience and quality assured hours or ECE/EE college credits or a DOE qualification status as a Teacher Assistant or higher. Great working environment.
