Aftercare Teacher Duties:
- Create and implement activities that align with weekly themes and meet the individual needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic growth.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement strategies for student success.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, and other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
Experience:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, such as a daycare or school.
- Strong knowledge of childhood education and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Patience, flexibility, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
