As a Montessori Teacher, you will create a stimulating classroom that promotes independence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Duties Design and implement engaging Montessori curriculum tailored to the developmental stages of preschool and toddler-aged children Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment that encourages exploration and independence Develop individualized lesson plans based on each child's interests, abilities, and progress assessments Monitor and document children's growth through observations, assessments, and standardized testing where applicable Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development, behavior management strategies, and classroom activities Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or daycare environments Strong knowledge of Montessori teaching methods and curriculum development principles Familiarity with childhood development milestones, behavior management techniques, and special education practices Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and specialists Classroom management skills to maintain an organized, engaging learning environment Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional learning Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori teaching preferred; relevant coursework or experience in special education or early intervention is a plus Join us in shaping young minds by providing a nurturing space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
