Boltz Legal is seeking a personal injury associate attorney with 0-3 years experience. This is not a position where a young attorney will spend years sitting on the sidelines. The attorney who joins our team will gain hands-on experience throughout the life of a personal injury case, including client intake and counseling, case strategy, pre-suit investigation, demand preparation and negotiation, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and litigation. You'll work directly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, medical providers, experts, and other professionals while learning how to effectively evaluate, develop, negotiate, and litigate personal injury claims. We're looking for someone who: Is licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar Has 0-3 years of legal experience; personal injury experience is a plus Has strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Communicates professionally and confidently with clients and colleagues Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can independently manage deadlines and competing priorities Takes initiative, accepts responsibility, and wants to continually improve Is eager to gain meaningful litigation experience and develop as an attorney

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
