Experience Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, and early intervention methods. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood education. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in special education or child welfare are a plus. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively. Prior experience teaching physical education or integrating movement into classroom activities is advantageous.
