Job Description
Kids 'R' Kids of Meadow Pointe | Wesley Chapel, FL We are looking for a qualified, caring, and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team! This is a full-time position working with infants and young toddlers in a nurturing and engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, is patient and energetic, and wants to grow professionally with our program. Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers Plan and participate in age-appropriate classroom activities Follow the center's curriculum and daily routines Support children's developmental, social, and emotional growth Communicate professionally with parents and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Follow all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements Provide attentive care and supervision throughout the day Qualifications CDA (Child Development Associate) credential required Previous experience working with infants/young children preferred Must be dependable, professional, patient, and caring Ability to work well as part of a team Strong communication skills Must meet all applicable Florida childcare employment and background-screening requirements What We Offer We provide a professional, positive, and supportive work environment where teachers are encouraged to learn and grow.
