Responsibilities Assist in supervising children during play, meals, naps, and activities to ensure their safety and well-being Support classroom teachers with lesson implementation, activity setup, and child engagement Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day-to-day experiences and developmental progress Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being Implement child development instruction strategies tailored to individual needs and age groups Provide infant, toddler, preschool, or special education support as needed across different classrooms Assist with behavior management techniques to promote positive social interactions among children Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activities Child supervision skills with a focus on safety and attentive care Classroom management abilities to support a structured learning environment Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration First aid and CPR certification (including pediatric first aid) for emergency preparedness Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with disabilities Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and age groups Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety Experience with behavior management strategies and classroom discipline techniques Join us in creating a joyful, safe space where children can explore, learn, and grow!
