Based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities. Assist with homework and after-school activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Follow Georgia Bright from the Start regulations and center policies. Communicate professionally with parents and staff. Assist with classroom management and daily routines. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with children is preferred. CDA, TCC, or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Must successfully complete a background check. Why Join Our Team?
