Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong educational background in early childhood education.Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of children
- Create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide individualized attention to each child
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, or educational setting
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Experience working with children with special education needs is a plus
- Familiarity/ experience with Reggio Emilia, or Montessori.

Pay:
$16.00- $18.
