Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, behavior management, and physical education, while ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. Duties Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with developmental milestones, principles and educational standards. Provide individualized instruction to support children's learning in literacy education. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction among preschool-aged children. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns regarding their child's development. Supervise classroom activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students at all times. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Requirements Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth.
