Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Freelance-Child Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children of ALL ages, including preschoolers empowering them to reach their full potential.
Duties:
Provide guidance and support to youth in various areas such as education, behavior management, and social skills. Develop and implement individualized plans to help each child achieve their goals. Foster positive relationships with youth and serve as a positive role model. Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting healthy communication among youth. Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of the youth.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or childcare settings. Knowledge of special education, child welfare, social work, or behavioral health principles. Strong mentoring and conflict management skills. Ability to educate and empower youth to make positive choices. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
