KinderCare is seeking Lead Teachers for our Round Lake Beach center in Illinois. In this role, you will create a safe, inclusive, and engaging early learning environment, guiding children through play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum. You'll design daily lesson plans, observe and document children's progress, and communicate regularly with families. Lead Teachers model best practices, mentor assistant staff, and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing standards while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused center culture.
