Director of Finance:
- Lead accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Oversee monthly close processes, financial reviews, and executive-level reporting.
- Partner with leadership to develop annual operating and capital budgets.
- Manage cash flow, audit coordination, internal controls, and financial policies.
- Supervise finance team members and support organizational growth initiatives.
Director of Finance:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong background in NFP and for profit
- CPA preferred
