Overview We are seeking a dynamic Lead Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant team and lead classroom activities for young children. In this role, you will create a nurturing environment that promotes early childhood development, facilitate engaging lessons, and build strong relationships with children, families, and staff. Your energy and expertise will inspire young learners to explore and grow confidently. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early childhood education standards and individual needs Lead daily classroom activities to foster cognitive, social-emotional, motor, and language development Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques and effective behavior management strategies Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary Collaborate with team members to plan special events, field trips, and educational outings Maintain detailed documentation of children's development and classroom activities in compliance with licensing regulations Skills Extensive experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of child development principles and early intervention strategies Skilled in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education techniques Proficient in classroom management and behavior management strategies for young children Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations Ability to lead activities involving physical education, math concepts, and other core subjects First aid and CPR certification required; ongoing commitment to health and safety standards Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Completed Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education Pass all required background checks Pass a drug screen Join us as a Lead Preschool Teacher to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through energetic teaching, compassionate care, and innovative learning experiences!
